Refund policy

Items purchased from Clockwork Games & Events, with the exception of single cards and pre-orders, can be returned for a full refund only if the item is undamaged, unopened, and unused and returned to the store in such as state. The customer is responsible for presenting a receipt, hard copy or via customer account, in order to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds may be processed through credit/debit card or store credit at the customer's discretion. Clockwork Games & Events does not offer partial refunds on individual items and damaged, opened, or used products are never eligible for refund. All singles orders (individual cards for Magic: the Gathering, Pokemon, and Lorcana) are considered final and are not eligible for full or partial refund once these items have been collected by the customer and have left the possession of Clockwork Games & Events.  Due to the easily tampered nature of sealed TCG product, sealed TCG products are not eligible for refunds after they leave the store.

Orders placed via online ordering must be collected within thirty (30) days of fulfillment. Uncollected orders past this time limit are subject to restocking. In these cases, the customer will receive a refund on their order minus a 20% restocking fee.

Discounted or on-sale items are not eligible for refund.

Pre-Orders that are cancelled by the customer or are not picked up by the customer within 2 weeks of the product's release date are subject to a 25% restocking fee (75% of the order's total is refunded).

Event registrations and pre-registrations are non-refundable within 24hrs of the advertised event's start time.  No-shows are not entitled to a refund nor any product associated with their event entry fee and their slot can be resold to another customer.
