Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You agree to collect your order(s) within thirty (30) days of order fulfillment. Uncollected orders past this time limit are subject to restocking. You will receive a refund for these items minus a 20% restocking fee. All singles orders (individual cards for Magic: the Gathering and Pokemon) are considered final and are not eligible for full or partial refund once these items have been collected by the customer and have left the possession of Clockwork Games & Events.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Items purchased from Clockwork Games & Events, with the exception of single cards, can be returned for a full refund only if the item is undamaged, unopened, and unused. The customer is responsible for presenting a receipt, hard copy or via customer account, in order to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds may be processed through credit/debit card or store credit at the customer's discretion. Clockwork Games & Events does not offer partial refunds on individual items and damaged, opened, or used products are never eligible for refund. All singles orders (individual cards for Magic: the Gathering and Pokemon) are considered final and are not eligible for full or partial refund once these items have been collected by the customer and have left the possession of Clockwork Games & Events.

Orders placed via online ordering must be collected within thirty (30) days of fulfillment. Uncollected orders past this time limit are subject to restocking. In these cases, the customer will receive a refund on their order minus a 20% restocking fee.

Discounted or on-sale items are not eligible for refund.
